Strict 48 hour cancellation policy.

Each appointment is very important to me, I do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore I respectfully request at least a 48 hour notice for a reschedule or cancellation.

  • ANY SERVICES CANCELED 48 HRS BEFORE your scheduled service will be charged 50% of that service.

  • ANY SAME DAY CANCELATIONS or ANY NO CALL/ NO SHOW WILL BE CHARGED 100% of that service.

  • In the event that your card on file is declined I will contact you to update your card information/ or you will be sent an invoice. You will not be able to book again until that balance has been paid.

  • If this booking policy is not suitable, we advise not going ahead with booking an appointment.

 

LATE POLICY.

Please be considerately on time to your appointment if you’re late then you are only cutting into your own time. Your late arrival may limit the ability for me to offer the fullest possible experience. You will still pay the full price of the appointment time you selected if you are late.
